The co-op has 66 apartments of various sizes, ranging from 1-4 bedrooms. Fridges and stoves are included, and most of the units in the 6 storey highrise have balconies. The units in the highrise also have storage rooms in the apartment. Heating is provided by electric baseboard heaters, which are individually controlled in each room. Members pay their own heat and hydro.
There is ample above-ground, free parking on site.
The co-op has multiple laundry rooms on site, some with front load washers. In addition, there is a playground for young children, a courtyard where members can barbecue in the summers, a rooftop patio on the 6th floor of the highrise and a community centre that members can book for private functions.
